Hunter Ramsey Realty will hold a license for only $40.00 on our “Better Plan or $275.00 per month on our “Best Plan”. You select which suits you best!
These fees include:
- FMLS Access- Full access to add/edit listing.
- Associates own personal email address ________ @hunterramsey.net that can be forwarded to an existing email account.
- 24/7 server access to office tools online.
- Associates month fees will be automatically deducted on the 1st of each month free of charge and processing fees.
- Monthly payments may be paid in advance for the year. If an Associates leaves for any reason, the payment received in advance will be returned to the Associate with a 30 day notice.
- Associates decide how long to stay. We want Associates to want to be a part of our office.
- 3 free Continue Education Credit Courses per year.
- Approved to market HUD homes. (Brokerage has NAID #)
- Refund of Associate Real Estate Core Education Course cost even if Associates have been in the business for 20 years. (Maximum amount paid $350.00 after 5th transaction).
- Free Continue Education for the year after 5th transaction.
- Premier positioning on Homes.com and Featured listing tools that promote Associates listings.
- Call capture notification tools for each listing that contacts Associates immediately!

ASSOCIATES MANAGE THEIR OWN BUSINESS, SET OWN SCHEDULE AND HAVE THE FREEDOM SET CUSTOMER FEES. THIS ALLOWS ASSOCIATES TO MAKE AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE. ALL “FOR SALE” SIGN WILL HAVE ASSOCIATE PHONE NUMBER LISTED ON SIGNS A RIDER. THIS WILL ENSURE ALL CALLS CONCERNING LISTINGS GO DIRECTLY TO THE ASSOCIATE EXCLUSIVELY LISTING THE PROPERTY. ASSOCIATE INPUT OWN LISTINGS AND MANAGE CLEINTS MORE EASILY, WHILE MAKING THOUSANDS MORE DOLLARS EACH TRANSACTIONS.
Good Plan:
Associates pay $275.00 per residential transaction plus any FMLS fees and $40.00 monthly fees. In addition to the fees above you will have a cap amount of $11,000.00 in a calendar year. FMLS FEE NOT INCLUDED

Better Plan:
Associates pay only $40.00 per transaction plus and FMLS fee and $275.00 monthly fees. Close several transactions per year this plan works best for individuals and those with a team. Save money by having a team leader that pays the fee for the “Best Plan” and maintain low monthly fees for team members by placing them on the “Better Plan”. In addition to the fess above agents will have a cap amount $8,500.00 in a calendar year. FMLS FEES NOT INCLUDED

How it works
Example of a 4 member team with 4 transactions in a month:
Lead Associate on “Better Plan” $275.00 per month $40.00 per transaction
$275.00 x 12 = $3300.00 $160.00 x 12 = $1920.00
Total paid over year if doing 4 transaction per month - $5,220.00 / 12 = $435.00 per month.
Team Associate on “Good Plan” $45.00 per month (not charged) $275.00 per transaction
$45.00 x 12 = $540.00 x 3 members = $1920.00
Total paid for Lead Associate and Team Associate = $5220.00
Total paid by Team over the year = $7140.00.00(FMLS Not Included)
Total paid by the team over the month WOW!!!! = $595.00
Fees are less to allow teams the ability to work with builders and offer incentives if in compliance with RESPA.
In addition to the fees above agents will have a cap amount of $7,500.00 in a calendar year.
New to the Business? Need to hit the ground running.
New Associates will only need to pay a $40.00 monthly fee. An agent will earn a 70/30 split for the first three transactions. After completing the first three transactions, an agent may choose one of three business plans: “Good”, “Better Plan” or “Best Plan”.
Please note in order to be able to select between the “Better Plan” or “Best Plan” new Associates must complete three transactions with a one year period.
Associates will only pay $150.00 per transaction for any Leases and Referrals.
In addition to the split Associates will have a cap amount in a calendar year of

Cash Back Plans
Associates can even give back a potion of the commission back for the betterment of the Seller or Buyer. We do not want to get in the way. We want to deals closed. Give a check, and do it all over again!
Referrals
If Associates are a leasing agents or work a large numbers of referrals Associates will only pay $150.00 per transaction.

Additional Cost during year with Hunter Ramsey Realty
- $150.00 per agent yearly for E&O Insurance with Darwin Select (Required)
- Membership to Local Board of Realtors (Required)
- If you wish to do Commercial Transaction but lack the experience, you may work directly with the Broker in a co-op capacity and earn more than you with any other brokerage. You will get 70 % and the Brokerage only gets 30% for your first 5 commercial transactions. Amounts will be applied toward caps. WOW!!
- Membership with Loopnet other than account held by Hunter Ramsey Realty. Placing your listing on the Hunter Ramsey Realty Loopnet is FREE.
